Our Commitment to Quality

Every Dilligan Ltd PC undergoes rigorous 4-hour stress testing before dispatch. We build every system to last, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This policy ensures you're protected while shopping with confidence.

Return Windows

Change of Mind Returns - 14 Days

  • Applies from the date of delivery
  • System must be in original condition
  • 15% restocking fee applies to custom builds
  • 10% restocking fee for pre-configured systems

Defective Product Returns - 28 Days

  • Applies to genuine hardware defects or faults
  • No restocking fee
  • We'll troubleshoot first to confirm the issue
  • Full refund or replacement at your choice

Return Conditions

What We Need Back

  • Original packaging preferred (we'll accept secure alternative packaging)
  • All components that were included in your order
  • Windows license sticker must remain attached and unaltered
  • No physical damage beyond the reported defect
  • All accessories (cables, documentation, driver discs)

Return Inspection Process

All returned systems undergo thorough inspection to verify:

  • All original components are present and match our build records
  • Serial numbers match our documentation
  • No evidence of physical damage or misuse
  • No component substitution has occurred

Shipping & Costs

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Defective items: We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping costs
  • Incorrect item sent: We cover all shipping costs

Safe Packaging Requirements

We invest £22 per system in premium packaging and shipping to ensure safe delivery. For returns:

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Ensure adequate protection (we recommend insuring the shipment)
  • We're not responsible for damage during return shipping if inadequately packaged

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first at support@dilligan.uk with your order number
  2. Describe the issue - this helps us prepare the right solution
  3. Receive your RMA number - required for all returns
  4. Package securely following our guidelines
  5. Ship to our returns center with RMA clearly displayed

What's NOT Covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Systems with removed/tampered warranty stickers
  • Performance issues due to software/games (we test hardware only)
  • Buyer's remorse after 14 days
  • Missing accessories reducing refund amount accordingly

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

If your PC doesn't power on or has immediate critical failures:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll provide immediate prepaid return shipping
  • Choose between expedited replacement or full refund
  • No restocking fees apply

Refund Processing

  • Inspection time: 2-3 business days after receipt
  • Refund method: Original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Partial refunds: May apply for missing items or condition issues

Warranty Beyond Returns

After the return window closes, you're still protected:

  • 1 year parts warranty on all components
  • Lifetime technical support via support@dilligan.uk
  • Upgrade consultations to improve rather than replace

Shipping Damage Claims

For damage during initial delivery:

  1. Document immediately with photos before fully unpacking
  2. Report within 24 hours to both us and the courier
  3. Keep all packaging for courier inspection
  4. We'll handle the courier claim and send a replacement
