Important Information
Shipping Damage
While rare, if your order arrives damaged:
- Do not refuse the delivery
- Note any visible damage with the courier
- Take photos before opening
- Contact us within 24 hours at support@dilligan.uk
We'll handle all courier claims and send a replacement immediately.
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2pm: Processed same day
- Orders placed after 2pm: Processed next business day
- Weekend orders: Processed Monday
- Bank holidays: Add 1 extra business day
