Remote Support
We offer remote access troubleshooting for most issues — letting us diagnose and fix problems without the need to return your system.
Warranty Returns
If a repair is needed under warranty:
- Contact us to confirm the issue and get authorisation
- We'll arrange a free UPS collection of your PC
- Once received, we'll repair or replace any faulty components
- Your system will be fully retested and returned with tracked shipping
